Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you.  Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive 0thers.   Colossians 3:13

Dear Father –

I will forgive  because You have forgiven me.  Even in my hurt and anger I will seek to establish understanding.  I will extend forgiveness to the source of my pain and anger, whether it is others or myself.  Even if it takes time, I will earnestly seek to fully forgive.  True forgiveness is a process that brings healing, removes burdens and allows me to move forward.  Thank You for the courage and wisdom to forgive.     I will forgive.
